Protocool is a family-owned air conditioning company that has been keeping homes and businesses comfortable for more than a decade.
The company approached Thirty Seven to provide written and video content, and sales and marketing consultancy, to help it reach new customers and support its proposals.
Our writers and filmmakers spent time with the company understanding its story, vision for the future and why the growing number of people turning to air conditioning in their homes should approach it rather than its competitors. Managing Director Steven Crame took our team through the company’s history and its approach to air conditioning installations. We used this to create a new proposal document that guides customers through what they can expect from the company.
It shows what makes the company different, how it works and who would carry out the work. It also explores the benefits of air conditioning and carefully guides customers through the different systems.
This was supported by video content. We filmed a customer, on-site, explaining why they chose Protocool to carry out the work at their home.
And we made an interview-style video focusing on how air-conditioning systems are installed and how the company overcomes the challenges presented by working in different properties.
I really appreciated the time Thirty Seven spent with us, getting to understand us as a business and what we needed. It was a collaborative process where we explored different options before finding the content we think we need to help us continue to grow. The proposal document helps us to stand out from the competition and gives customers everything they need to make an informed decision about air conditioning in their home. The testimonial video adds credibility to our story and shows why customers choose to work with us. And the install video is a brilliant way to highlight our flexibility, skill and problem-solving abilities to customers.
